ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing time is separate from shipping time, and orders are not shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We offer a flat shipping rate of $12.95 on all U.S. orders, regardless of location.
Your shipping cost will be automatically added at checkout.
Please note: If you select Local Pickup at checkout, you will not be charged for shipping.
(Los Angeles, California location-based only).
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Use this number to monitor your package through the carrier’s website.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
Velluxa Hair Collection is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
While we aim for timely delivery, Velluxa Hair Collection is not liable for any packages that are lost, stolen, or significantly delayed after they have been shipped.
